Restrictions or other terms: There is no weight limit. Pets must be 6 months or older. Breed restrictions do apply. No aggressive dogs allowed. Pet Deposits: $350 pet deposit for 1 pet ($150 refundable + $200 non-refundable) and a $25/mo pet rent. $550 pet deposit for 2 pets ($150 refundable + $400 non-refundable) and a $45 per month pet rent.
